First, I must applaud Louis and his team for starting the presentation at 11:45! 👏 I told a friend when I looked at the time I couldn't believe it. Please let this starting at a decent hour thing continue. 🤞
Bucco Reef
Going through my pictures, the first thing of note was the improvement made to the men's costumes overall. It's clear effort was made, designers must have realized there are PLENTY of men playing mas, or those who would like to, and they want a decent costume, too. The guys wore them well and weren't just an afterthought on stage. 👍

A monokini that appealed to me. Other stand outs included Mist Over Niagara, Spice Mas, Bucco Reef, and Victoria Day.

It wasn't just the bronzed model god, this huge headpiece got a lot of LOVE, and no wonder, it's tremendous. Many ladies are going to have headpiece envy. 😍

This light up winged backpack is fun, and the halter cross style bra is a favourite. I also like the uniqueness of Fashion on Queen's feathered bra, and the mesh style from Spice Mas.
Spice Mas
When it comes to the wire bra, I much prefer it when it's more than just, well, wire & nipple coverage. We're talking when some creativity is used, and there certainly can't be visible discomfort. Keep it sexy, yet classy, as some were, like above, and with the back line one from Royal Caribbean.
Another thing I'm pleased to see continue is how designs vary within a section, most sections gave a few different pretty suit options. Luckily, gone are the days of a back line and a front line with just a bigger feathered headpiece.
And there's even a choice for guys to play Jab Jab here.

This is a terrific, soft colour combo, different for Toronto Carnival, which is what we want, yes? 👌 The fan like wings and headpiece, and feathered skirts made a stunning impact on stage. Très chic. Bringing a bit of fashion to Toronto Carnival, I love it. 💜
