Costume Creators Cultural Arts - Birds of Paradise band launch

Another renamed band, Costume Creators Cultural Arts, (formerly Concept Costume Creators) with Freedom Carnival held their launch at Rose Garden Banquet & Convention Centre tonight. 
They began Birds of Paradise De Dancing Wings after midnight.
