Junior Carnival!

Dragon boy stole the show by hyping the section, band, and entire crowd when he came on solo before 4:00. 

Cuteness overload, not to mention some fun, beautiful, creative mas today at Junior Carnival. 

Held in Malvern again, the weather was ideal with an overcast sky, and the rain held out. The wee tots, kids and teens did a great job showing their costumes, many performing choreographed dances. I always marvel how the little ones can last until 5:00. All the bands hard work paid off with their displays of creativity. 

Congratulations to Lil' Nationz for winning Band of the Year! 

 

I really love the simplicity, yet beauty of this butterfly. Grand, but light enough for Junior.
